Photo Restoration
"Bob - Just wanted to let you know what a fantastic job you did with the colorizing, enlarging & printing of our vintage 1944 B-24 bomber crew picture. We are enjoying it very much and have received numerous compliments on it. We have presented it to a few of the servicemen shown in the photo, and they are amazed at the attention to detail and how the colors you presented are just right. Excellent job and we hope to work with you again in the future."

I can revive your treasured photographs
and bring them back to life with my restoration service. I will provide you with a digital file of your restored
image to preserve it for an eternity. This work will be performed with absolutely no risk to your
original photo, at a price, quality, and efficiency level not available anywhere

How the work is done:
Your original photograph is scanned at a high resolution into a computer. This process, very similar to making a XEROX copy, literally takes a minute and causes no harm to the original image. You can either e-mail your scanned original image, or bring it by for me to scan and take it home in the same visit. Most importantly, your priceless original photo will never leave your sight.
|
Now that the image is scanned, I use my artistic skills combined with a sophisticated computer software to enhance and restore the image to a like new quality. Of course, these enhancements will be based on any creative input you provide regarding the desired look of the finished product.
|
What you will receive is a superior quality restored photo printed onto premium grade photographic paper, as well as a digital file of the restored image for your future use. |
Questions and Answers:
How much will it cost?
|
Like everything, it all depends on how much has to be done. I like to keep things simple, though. A low-level restoration will run $25. I'd consider Samples 1 and 2, below, to be low-level restorations. Mid-level restorations, such as Samples 3, 4 and 7, will cost $35. High-level restorations, like Samples 5 and 6, will be $50.
|
This pricing information assumes that the original print is 8" x 10" in size or smaller.
|
If you have any special requests, I'd be more than happy to provide you with a specific quote. |
How long will it take to get my pictures restored?
As state above, it all depends on how much has to be done. Generally speaking, I'll have the work done in less than a week. |
What do I receive from you?
|
You will receive a high resolution digital file of each of your images, restored to your specifications. These files will be e-mailed to you for your use in making your own reprints of your cherished originals. |
How do I get my pictures to you?
