Commercial Architectural Photo-Illustration

Save time and money with these realistic representations of your future projects.  Need a sign or building permit?  These illustrations are perfect for conveying your designs and ideas to city council people and lending institutions.  The finished illustrations will be saved as high resolution digital files and sent to you by e-mail.  If you like, the illustration files can also be stored on a CD, or printed to a size of your specification, and shipped to you.

What is commercial architectural photo-illustration?  Well, it's something that I am very good at, and it can save your company a lot of time and money.  Basically, I work with an original photograph of a building or other structure and manipulate the image using Photoshop to achieve a desired look or image.  My background and experience in building construction, engineering, industrial design, corporate identity, and photography allows me to accurately and efficiently illustrate any kind of building remodel or image enhancement before anything else is done.  These illustrations serve as outstanding communication and sales tools when it comes time to obtain the approval of corporate clients, lending institutions and zoning committees, ultimately leading to the efficiencies of time and money saved for your company.

Another tremendous benefit to this service is that finished illustrations can often be turned around within a 48 hour window from the time any necessary information is received from you.  The actual working time and cost to generate an illustration, similar to the ones shown below, would typically be less than 8 hours at my current rate of $50/hr.

How do you go about getting this work started?  Simple.  Call, e-mail,  or mail me with your ideas and requests along with any necessary photos and building/sign dimensions that you have, and I will provide you with a timeframe and cost to do the work.  Once the timeframe and cost is agreed upon, work will begin.  The finished product will be e-mailed to you for your use in creating your own prints.  Larger size hard copies will be made available at your request.

When your completed job is approved by you, an invoice will be e-mailed to you via PayPal.  Payment can then be made via PayPal the same day that the invoice is received.
