CAD Drafting and Design
I have teamed up with a CAD drafter friend of mine that has over 35 years of experience in the field of convenience store and gasoline facility layout and design. He has a thorough working knowledge and design sense regarding canopy configurations, dispenser island spacing, truck turns, etc., to effectively maximize the profit potential of your property. We'll take this knowledge and prepare conceptual site plans and floor plans for your proposed new build and rebuild convenience store projects at a speed and cost that no one else can touch. From the time we receive the necessary information from you, most plans can be turned around within a week, with the actual work taking a day or less per plan to complete. Revisions and alternatives can be readily made from that point on at a reasonable hourly rate.
Using our years of experience and expertise in the field of convenience store layout and design, we will listen to your ideas and requests and convert them into conceptual site plans and floor plans as quickly and smoothly as possible.
How do you go about getting this work started? Simple. Call, e-mail, or mail us your ideas and requests along with any necessary property information that you have (surveys, as-built drawings, setback requirements, photos, etc.), and we will provide you with a timeframe and cost to do the work. Once the timeframe and cost is agreed upon, work will begin. The finished product will be e-mailed to you with an 11"x17" hard copy to follow in the mail. Larger size drawings can also be made available.
When your job is completed, an invoice will be e-mailed to you via PayPal. Payment can then be made on-line the same day that the work and invoice is received.

What is commercial architectural photo-illustration? Well, it's something that we are very good at, and it can save your company a lot of time and money. Basically, we work with an original photograph of a building or other structure and manipulate the image using Photoshop to achieve a desired look or image. Our background and experience in building construction, engineering, industrial design, corporate identity, and photography allow us to accurately and efficiently illustrate any kind of building remodel or image enhancement before anything else is done. Why the McNeese State University graphics, you ask? It was simply our way of sucking up to the CEO of Gilbarco, whose alma mater is McNeese, in an attempt to get their business. It didn't work. |
